We have an elegant, upmarket, and comfortable house available for rent in Davenport, central Florida.   Set within a peaceful and safe, security-gated and well maintained community.  This spacious house has 4 well proportioned bedrooms including a self contained master bedroom on the ground floor, with a king bed, large en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the pool and screened area.   Upstairs there are a further 3 double bedrooms.  Two with queen beds and a third with a daybed, which converts to either another queen bed or 2 singles.  The room with the daybed also has its own television and an Xbox game console.

 

There are 2 living room areas, the great room with its vaulted ceiling and a smaller living room for a quieter area.  The house has 2 and a half bathrooms set over the two floors and comes equipped to a high standard with all necessary household items.

The house has just been completely refurbished including all new appliances and all new high quality furnishings and fittings.   It has a lovely heated swimming pool, set within a screened lanai.  It is not over-looked and is equipped with comfortable pool furniture.

We are not seeking high volume rentals because this is our family vacation home, which we want to keep in the best condition. For this reason we are looking for a longer term renter (snowbird), someone who will enjoy our house and look after it.
